3. Responsible for the drafting of recruitment information and the release of recruitment advertisements;
4. Conduct resume screening, screening, pre-employment testing, preliminary examination and other related work;
5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the candidate database;
6. Responsible for personnel recruitment procedures;
qualifications
1. College degree or above in human resources, labor and social security, labor relations;
2. At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience;
3. Have professional knowledge of recruitment, be familiar with recruitment process and recruitment channels, and be familiar with national laws and regulations on labor contract and human resource management;
4. Good communication skills;
5. Have affinity and can properly arrange the job interview;
6. Serious, responsible and good at learning.
