1. College degree or above in related industry;
2. Familiar with colloidal chemistry, sol/gel process, chemical dispersion;
3. Familiar with chemical raw materials testing, chemical analysis methods commonly used.
4. Understand the high pressure chemical container, pressure equipment, silica gel is preferred;
5. English level CET 4 or equivalent English CET - 4 certificate of other test;
6. With innovative thinking, can study hard, good communication and cooperation ability.
